visit to Whitby, where after seventy years od steady growth, he was addressed by
the Chairman of the New Church Committee, Mr Mathew Snowdon, <i>regarding
a new and handsome church which would be an ornament to the town and a boon to
the increasing number of Catholic visitors who are amoung us in the summer.
