Will | <i>In the name of god, amen, I George Nelson of Ayslaby in the Parish of
Whitby in the county of York yeoman and being of good and infirm in body ,of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding thanks been given into
almighty god for the same. Do make public and declare this to be my last will
and testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath
unto to my sons --- Francis George and William equally to be divided between
thou share and share alike at their exportive ages of twenty one years all that
my <b><u>kiessuaye</b></u> or
<b><u>teuemoul </b></u> <b><u>seil
nate</b></u> and being in Whitby in a certain
<b><u>sheeter plaw</b></u> there called Baxtergate now
in the possession of George Oliver to hold the same unto my said sons their
<b><u>eens</b></u> and
<b><u>adniere</b></u> for and during all such number of
years as I have them in and which are yet to come and which are yet to come and
<b><u>une</b></u> ****** and where as my nephew Joseph
Oxley is indebted unto us in the sum of sixty pounds on his bond. Now I do lowly
give and bequeath the said sum of sixty pounds unto my said sons equally to be
divided amongst them share and share alike at their exportive ages of twenty one
years and if my said sons shall happen to depart this life before they dually
attain their respective ages of twenty one years then this part or share of his
or them so dying shall descend and come unto the survivor ****** or survivors of
them if more than one, and it is my mind and I do lowly order that rest of my
house and the interest of the said sum of sixty pounds shall ***** by my nephew
Joseph Oxley during the <b><u>nonaye</b></u> of my said
sons and to be him paid and applied in

towards the both maintence and education of my said sons and all the rest and
remainder of my estate what so ever as well lea** money mortgages bank notes

give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Alice and lastly I do lowly nominate
